No personal information registered on our website/online store is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at samanatur.dk.
In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system (Shopify).
The home page and the shop system (Shopify) uses cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is a term for a file that is stored on your own device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). It is also possible to ask the system to save your own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later date, this can be done via the browser settings.
During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at samanatur.dk in a way so that you can later log in and see/change the status.
In addition, we register the IP address from which any purchase is made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police.
You can optionally have your email address added to a mailing list at SAMA nature, so that you regularly receive news and other information from SAMA nature. This service can be registered and unregistered at any time as you wish.
Cf. the Personal Data Act, we provide information on inquiries about registered information and on the basis of any objections, we delete them to the extent desired.
